RUBEN & MARIANA'S WEDDING

Well, it is official Mariana and Ruben are hiched. It is funny how things develope. The Lord has given me the opportunity to see this relationship from its begining stages. What is even more amazing is seeing what God does when two people submit to the will of God. It is incredible. I am happy for them. I wish them the best of times and may they always look for the Lord in their new journey together. As for me I am just happy that I caught the boquet!!! Something to think about right....haha!!

FROM THE SECRETARY'S DESK

I didn't comopletely know what I was getting into in May when I said I would be Pr. Chris and Gaby's secretary. But it is one of those adventures that is worth taking. The blessing that it has been to my spiritual is priceless. I have learned how to balance marriage and ministry, I have learned about honoring my leaders. I have also learned they are people just like you and I, with desires, with weaknesses, and hopes as well.

THE BIGGEST lesson I have learned is that being called to full time ministy is a life of constant sacrifice. That might not seem appealing to many. The difference is when you are called to this, you are sold out to ministry. It is all or nothing and there is a passion inside of you that drives you each day to this.

THE HEART OF A JASS LEADER

Amazing would not even begin to describe what is going on in the JASS services. People are getting healed left and right. Old chains are being broken and it is happening in a mighty way. It was when we realized that the holy spirit is what makes the difference that we can see true change. We can not forget the purpose he was sent he for, "the helper, the spirit of Truth." Yes, truth with a capital "T"
In our deceptive society giving us truth for Truth we can rest assure that the youth of CIA Kendall are being fed the Truth. That Yeshua de Nezrit, Jesus of Nazareth, died for their sins so we can all have eternal life. This is my sister and I at one of the events we had a couple of months ago. A fifties party. I love you MELI!!! There is no other person I would rather have as a sister than YOU! 

MISSIONS TRIP

Back in August, five other people and I from my church had the opportunity to go on a missions trip. The best thing was that we went to my country, the Dominican Republic. We stayed there for 6 days and boy did we learn a lot. Something that I picked up is how comfortable we are in the US and how much we have to learn from people that have so litte. Thats just something to think about.
